Nardei Fabricators Ltd. recognizes that maintaining a healthy and safe work environment is a fundamental aspect of conducting business. We are committed to providing this environment by working together with our employees in an active safety program to eliminate injuries, accidents, and property damage.

Safety Awards Program

• Points are awarded to employees for every injury free period.
• Points are awarded based on two separate criteria; the individual’s safety record and the entire shop’s safety record.
• Points can be traded for awards anytime.
